The NewWeigh EB-14 Belt Weigher stands out in particular due to the way in which the product is transported. The use of a conveyor belt allows large quantities of product to be moved in a short time, making this belt weigher particularly suitable for weighing large portions of 2 to 25 kg.

BELT WEIGHER, how does it work

The weighing process starts from the feed hopper, from which the product is transported to the weighing pan via the conveyor belt in a coarse and fine dosing phase. With the help of the scoop and flap system, the stable 3-point suspension of the weighing pan and highly advanced weighing technology, extremely high accuracy is achieved.

DESIGN

NewWeigh belt weighers are made of stainless steel as standard, and the positive drive of the belt ensures maximum power transmission and tracking of the belt. The belt can be easily dismantled using quick-release fasteners, and the weighing hopper can be removed without tools.
