OPERATION AND CONTROL

A checkweigher from the H series has one to three belts, as required, for transporting the products from the inlet to the outlet via the weighing section. In the weighing section, the products are checked for weight. Products that meet your set weight criteria are transported further to the output side. Products that do not meet the criteria are removed from the product flow and directed to the collection bin. A photocell sends a signal to the control system as soon as the collection bin is full.

Depending on the model, the checkweighers are operated via a 7 or 10-inch touchscreen. The innovative Nemesis EasyWeigh® technology, based on a dynamic weighing algorithm, ensures that no calibration or product training is required. This not only allows you to get started super fast, but also to switch products in just a few seconds.

MODELS AND OPTIONS

The checkweighers in the H series are available in various configurations. This allows you to choose a checkweigher that best suits your business environment:

  • 1, 2 or 3 plastic conveyor belts with a width of 300 to 620 mm and a length of 450 to 2,050 mm.
  • The weighing capacity is a minimum of 200 g and a maximum of 60 kg.

For the discharge of products that do not meet the weight criteria, you can choose from two types of pneumatically operated side discharges or a so-called drop-down ejector.
