Minimum weight, maximum accuracy. Newweigh’s E104 automatic weighers are particularly suitable for weighing very fine products with a low target weight and extremely high accuracy. With the 80 cc weighing tray, weights as low as 0.5 grams can be achieved, and the load cell with a readout of 0.02 grams ensures minimal product give-away.

HOW THE NEWWEIGH E104A WORKS

The product is dosed from the storage bunker (with a product slide that determines the layer thickness) through a vibrating chute to the weighing hopper. The vibration strength in two stages (coarse and fine) and weight setting are controlled via a touch screen and can be saved for each programme. All Newweigh weighing machines have an automatic control system that optimises itself during the dosing process and responds to any fluctuations in the product supply or composition. This achieves a particularly high and constant accuracy of up to 0.1%.

DESIGN

All parts that come into contact with the product are made of 304 stainless steel (2B finish). On request, a 316 stainless steel version is also available. It is possible to build the E104 with multiple heads. Optionally also available with a wider chute and 200CC weighing hopper.

CONTROL

All Newweigh machines have a widely used, high-quality, easy-to-operate and fully programmable control system using an IPC with a colour touch screen with clear texts. Storage of 90 programmes, allowing for quick product changes. The weigher can also operate as a stand-alone unit, but can also be connected to any automatic packaging machine.
